Product Details

The XHC-B5 semi retractable soot blower is a derivative product of the XHC-5 series of long retractable soot blowers. In terms of structure, in addition to lengthening the length of the soot blowing gun barrel and adding corresponding soot blowing gun barrel support plates, a part of the soot blowing gun barrel of the semi retractable soot blower is always placed in the furnace, and an array of nozzles (1 or 2 in each group) are installed at the top and waist of the gun barrel. During the expansion and contraction process of the soot blower, the nozzles in different parts blow through different areas, and the blowing area is often twice or even more than the stroke. In the economizer, tube type heat exchanger and other parts of the boiler, as well as in the convection tube bundle of some small boilers, as well as some special boilers (such as waste heat boilers), the flue gas temperature is generally below 600 ℃. The soot blowing gun tube will not be burned out if left in it for a long time, and its accumulated ash is also easier to remove. Using a semi retractable soot blower in these places can achieve the same blowing effect as using a regular long retractable soot blower, without the need for a wide platform like a regular long retractable soot blower, thereby saving platform space and investment costs.
