The SW-SGRS fixed rotary soot blower is mainly used to clean the accumulated dust on the heating surface of the boiler pipeline.
The SW-SGRS fixed rotary soot blower rotates while blowing, and its rotation is provided by an electric device. The blowing angle is controlled by a cam. The number of blowing cycles is controlled by the control box. The front large gear is equipped with a cut cam. When the large gear rotates clockwise (viewed from the rear), the cam controls the starting arm, opens and closes the valve, and provides blowing medium for the soot blowing gun barrel. The valve is the main component of the soot blower, equipped with a pressure regulating plate, which can adjust the outlet pressure of the soot blower nozzle according to the actual requirements of the soot blowing position.
