The SWD-5 Furnace Soot Blower is primarily designed for removing ash deposits and slag buildup from boiler water walls. It uses a single-nozzle configuration that travels forward to the preset position and then performs rotary soot blowing at a fixed point. Depending on the characteristics of the deposits or slag, as well as the soot blowing requirements of different boiler sections, the blowing arc, number of rotations, and blowing pressure can all be adjusted to ensure optimum cleaning results.
